Abstract
Prohibited the storage of gunpowder in quantities greater than fifty pounds. Violators considered a public nuisance. Violators shall pay a fine of ten dollars, along with five dollars for each quarter cask, or quantity of twenty-five pounds kept above fifty pounds.
