Abstract

Prohibited any junkshop keeper within city limits from hiring, loaning, or delivery to any minor under eighteen any gun, pistol, other firearm, dirk, Bowie-knife, powder, shot, bullets, any weapon, combustible, or other dangeorus material without written permission from the parent or guardian. Note: California did not mention this only applied to junkshop keepers in their Rupp filing
