Abstract

Prohibited the sale of any pistol, rifle, cartridge, or pistol cartridge less than 45 calibre, or metal knuckles without obtaining a license from the county the person or corporation is doing business in. Violators guilty of a misdemeanor, fined not exceeding five hundred dollars or imprisoned not exceeding one year, or both.
