Abstract
Authorized the creation of "inspector of gunpowder" for public powder magazines and powder manufactories. Required gun powder manufactured in the state to be composed of certain qty/quality of materials. Authorized inspection of gunpowder. Bans sale of gunpowder not up to standards.
