Abstract

To direct the location of all buildings for storing gunpowder or other combustible or explosive substances; to make regulations concerning the buying, carrying, selling, keeping and using gunpowder, fire-crackers or fire-works, or other combustible, inflammable [sic], explosive or dangerous articles; the exhibition of fire-works and the discharge of cannon and fire-arms;
