Abstract

SECTION 1. Any person who shall be found in a state or condition of drunkenness or intoxication, or who shall make or assist in making any improper noise, disturbance or diversion, or shall conduct himself in a disorderly manner, or shall be guilty of firing any gun or guns or any pistol or revolver or revolvers, or fighting in this city, shall, on conviction before one of the justices of the peace of this city, pay a fine of not less than three dollars nor more than one hundred dollars and costs of prosecution.
