Abstract

Prohibited the carry or brandishing of any dirk, dirk-knife, sword, sword-cane, pistol, gun, or other deadly weapons within limits of any city, town, or village, or in any public assembly. Violators guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than fifty but no more tha one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment not less than twenty but no more than fifty days, or both fine and imprisonment.
