Abstract

Prohibited the manufacture, leasing, keeping for sale, offering, giving, or disposing of any instrument or weapon of the kind commonly known as a blackjack, slungshot, billy, sandclub, sandbag, bludgeon, metal knuckles, dirk, or dagger.
