Abstract

Prohibited the concealed carry of arms of any kind, or any dirk, pistol, or other arm or weapon. Violators guilty of a misdemeanor, fined not exdeeding one hundred dollars or imprisoned not exceeding six months. Required the sheriff or other officer to confiscate and retain any arms found upon the person when taken under arrest.
