Abstract

Prohibited intentionally pointing a gun, pistol or other firearm at or twoard any person at any time or place. Violators fined not less than ten nor more than one hundred dollars plus costs of prosecution. Should death result to any person by discharge while so-pointed, violators shall be guilty of manslaughter when it shall not amount to murder, and shall be punished accordingly.
