Abstract

Any person who shall in the city of Wichita carry unconcealed, any fire-arms, slungshot, sheath or dirk knife, or any other weapon, which when used is likely to produce death or great bodily harm, shall upon conviction, be fined not less than one dollar nor more than twenty-five dollars. Using or Carrying Bean Snapper, § 3. Any person who shall, in the city of Wichita, use or carry concealed or unconcealed, any bean snapper or like articles shall upon conviction be fined in any sum not less than one dollar nor more than twenty-five dollars. Carrying Concealed Deadly Weapons, § 4. Any person who shall in the city of Wichita, carry concealed about his person any fire-arm, slung shot, sheath or dirk knife, brass knuckles, or any weapon, which when used is likely to produce death or great bodily harm, shall upon conviction, be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars.
