    Prohibited brandishing or threatening to use any pistol, dirk, knife, slung-shot, or other deadly or dangerous weapon against any other person. Violators guilty of a misdemeanor, fined not less than one nor more than five hundred dollars and imprisonment not exceeding six months.

    Prohibited the concealed carry of any dirk, pistol, Bowie-knife, dagger, sword-cane, or any other dangerous or deadly weapon. Also prohibited the open carry of the same with intent to injure another. Violators punished by destruction of the weapon. Repeat offenders sentence to not more than one year in prison upon third offense.

Violators guilty of a misdemeanor, fined not less than ten nor more than fifty dollars, or imprisoned in county jail not less than ten days nor more than twenty days.
