    Prohibited dueling with a rifle, shot-gun, pistol, bowie knife, dirk, small sword, back sword, or any other dangerous weapon. If any person shall kill or inflict a wound that the other party shall die of within one year, every offender shall be deemed guilty of first degree murder.
