    Prohibited concealed carry of deadly or dangerous weapons in the District of Columbia such as daggers, air-guns, pistols, Bowie-knives, dirk-knives, dirks, blackjacks, razors, razor blades, sword-canes, slung-shots, brass knuckles, other metal knuckles. Also banned the sale of deadly weapons to minors. Vendors were required to be licensed.
