    Prohibited anyone over the age of ten from carrying with malicious intent or to intimidate with any dirk, dirk-knife, Bowie-knife, pistol, rifle, shotgun, or firearms of any kind. Violators fined not less than twenty but no more than fifty dollars, or imprisoned not less than five no more than ten days.
