    Created qualifications for receiving a concealed carry license, including bona fide residence or place of business in Indiana, or the United States with a permit from another state. Permits shall last one year and cost one dollar.

    Prohibited concealed carrying of a pistol or revolver without a permit. Violators guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by fine of one hundred dollars and possible imprisonment not more than one year. The pistol or revolver shall be confiscated and destroyed.
